Since 1993, LOVE Quebec has been changing the lives of thousands of vulnerable youth across Montreal, providing a safe environment to those who have experienced bullying or violence. Our mission is to support their mental health through arts-based activities that help them develop the emotional intelligence they need to thrive.
Engage Youth. Build Bridges. Realize Potential.
LOVE supports youth to thrive through programs and healthy relationships that build emotional intelligence and help overcome the challenges they face. Our participants emerge from LOVE’s programs with greater resilience , heightened skills, and the confidence to be inspirational leaders .
Thank you to all from the bottom of our hearts for coming to ID/ENTITY – An Art Exhibition and showing up to support LOVE’s young artists in the most awesome way. It was incredible to see LOVE’s youth from all walks of life surrounded by creative minds and inspiration all evening, in a space where they can finally see how much they, and their work, matter. As our programs use photography to invite youth to express their feelings and to tell their stories, to showcase those to you all is an honor. After all, a picture (or 30!) is worth a thousand words.
Another huge thank you to Annabelle Agnew, Bastik and Nicolas Munn Rico for taking the time to comment on our aspiring artists’ art, filling them with inspiration and pride, and motivation for their future as young artists. We are also incredibly thankful for Tranna Wintour’s radiant presence and contagious energy for animating the evening. A core memory has been made, for our youth and for LOVE!

“There is a plethora of reasons I could list about what exactly LOVE means to me. However, there is one reason in particular that stands out above the rest and that reason just so happens to be how LOVE played a tremendous role in helping me overcome my social anxiety. From simply chatting with fellow youth to slowly but surely opening up to the coordinators, LOVE truly assisted in helping break apart my shell of social anxiety piece by piece with the utmost support and encouragement.”
